You have the option for personalised outdoor sessions at either the Plantsoen de Worp or the Rijsterborgherpark, offering a dynamic environment for your running progress.

  • You can make noticeable changes in as little as one session! It really depends on your training history, injury history, fitness level, and your motivation to practice what we cover in our 1-on-1 sessions. I recommend aiming for 6 sessions in total for lasting change, but please don't be put off if you cannot commit to that many, you will still see big improvements.

  • Each 60-minute session is €60. You'll have full flexibility to book sessions when it's convenient for you.

  • Yes! I’ll tailor the sessions to meet you where you’re at. Pain isn’t always just about injury — it can be influenced by your mindset, stress, posture, and how you move. We’ll work together to better understand the root cause and train in a way that supports healing and progress.
